Dumb Qns
Tried searching for an answer to this to no avail ... could someone please tell me what 'ROW' is/stands for?
Also, is there such a thing as "SH4 Commander" like there is for SH3? |

1. ROW = the Reflections on the Water mod. Found here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=122408
2. JScones has stated that he won't be creating a SH4 Commander as some people's poor attitudes towards SH3 Commander turned him off to the idea of going through it again. There was some talk of someone picking up the project a while back, but I think that's maybe fizzled out.

I tried the 'Search' function, typed in 'Commander' and selected 'SH4 Mods Workshop' as the only board.
