Default Where did the Milk Cow ships go?

It's late January 1940. I'm looking for my Milk cows at Vigo and Cadiz (sp?), but they are not showing up on my map. According to my info, they are suppose to be there from January 1940 on......

Er......suggestions?

See, thing is, My dad got stationed overseas, and we lived with him (such places as Korea, Thailand, and Naples Italy) I learned to use the international way of using dates, like:

25/12/2007 for Christmas!

Also, using a comma for a decimal: 1,5 is one point five. And of course, putting a cross on my 7's!!

Then I joined the Navy back in 1985 and for my first year, caught holy hell from my Chiefs!
"GD Legate! What the BLEEP is this? Do it over!"

Guess it took! Now I'm having a hard time remembering when I look at these dates to make the DAY first! :rotfl:

ah well. Next thing you'll know I'll be in trouble for something else.....

:hmm: unlessssssss.....I can blame it on Benard!
