Req: Solution for 12 o Clock Bug?

Hi guys,
i found this bug a few days ago after reloading a saved game, All instuments show 12 o clock. I found in german Ubi-forum that maybe AI-subs or playable subs in leaving ports could affort such problems.
Is there a solution for this, out there?

Any help would be appreciated.
