The main difference is the campain. Your are allowed to stay and interact in almost every Navy operation in Atlantic and the Mediterranean. We have much more harbour-traffic, Many more german Warships as Torpedoboats, Minesweeper, all german heavy crusier, light crusier, KFK`s and many more.

As already stated, try em both.

I like to think they complement each other

One thing's for sure.......they are both well advanced in detail and numbers of additional units when compared to stock/vanilla

This "many more" should not only mean german ships. We have included in 2.15, more then 60 Ships.
