Monkey wrench
I'm sure I remember reading on here about someone trying to get the animated monkey wrench icon (when repairs are being done) to be visible at all times, e.g. somewhere on the controls "bar" at the bottom of the screen.
But now I can't find it! Does anyone know if this has been done, or if it's possible? |

Or even if someone could just tell me where the crew management ini file is located so I can try? I assume it's packed into one of the other files but I don't know which one (and in fact I don't even know how to get it out of whatever file it's in).
Any help appreciated. Thanks. |

Thanks mate
![]() What I really need, to try to do it myself, is to get into the crew management ini file - if only just to read it. I know people on here know how to do it. The NYGM crew management mod, for example, contains instructions on how to edit menu_1024_768.ini in such a way that it effectively overrides parts of the crew management ini file, but those parts aren't the ones I'm interested in (and in any case I need to see the original settings, not NYGM's new settings). I'll just keep bumping this thread from time to time. ![]() Edit: my mistake - one of the links in that thread did work ![]() ![]() Last edited by onelifecrisis; 09-18-07 at 08:12 PM. |

Bleh - I think I found what I was looking for. Section G67 in menu_1024_768.ini. For some reason I thought that section was in a different file altogether.
