[WIP] New German "Sperrbrecher"

Hello Kaleuns,

iam working on a new "Sperrbrecher" for the German Cargo Fleet.

This ship is made to replace the old "Sperrbrecher" NYAM cause the new ship is more authentic.
Most "Sperrbrecher" are ships from the DDG-Hansa-Line.

This ship is based on the old Empire Freighter from iambecomelife.
I already ask him via PM for permission to use this ship and now iam waiting for his agree !

When he is given the permission this ship could released in a few days.

Just a shame you can't sink it - been German, (Although you could sink it, and say you didn't see the German flag

Go ahead and use it, although IMO it would be better to use the new "Empire Freighter" as the parent unit. Also make sure it is cloned in Pack3d to avoid crashes caused by it and the Empire Freighter having the same ID.

I think, that would be best if ship cargo be wood, so sperrbrechers loads wood.

Sperrbrechers ( Pathmakers ) shouldnt carry any cargo - except Barrage Balloons
Their job was to explode magnetic mines to allow safe transit of uboats and surface vessels

first i wanne give iambecomelife my thanx for his permission to use one of his very nice units.

I dont want to use your brand new Empire Freighter for this project cause your new Empire Freighter is to new to clone it. Its your last released ship, so in my eyes not a ship that i can use.
Maybe in a half year i use it for an other projekt. :rotfl:
I cloned it so bothe, your empire freighter and this one can exist near each other.
That would be a nice battle, who would be the winner ? :rotfl:

Yes i know, this ship must be without any external cargo but iam a big newbee in creating new ships so i have to ask how to change the cargo-loadout to nothing ! ?
Who can give me some instructions ?

Thanx for your compliments but most work on this ship got iambecomelife, he was the one who realy build this ship.
I only put his ship into another suit and i only changed some minimal parts of his old empire freighter.

Well the best way would be to change the cargo nodes ( K ) to something else
IE S nodes - S05 and upwards
Can you hex edit ?
Tis a simple change

If not email me the file and I will alter and send back
Just the dat will do
