Default What does this look like to you?

This reminds me of some old Scooby doo episode where they were running from the big guy in the diving suit! I bet that is where they got their inspiration from when designing these guys! Someone tell me I'm wrong. By the way, I'm not too sad about the idea that he is out there and I am not!

PS. You can kind of get a feel on how the water twists and distorts the image in real time in this game (BioShock) through these screenshots.

I just can't get into single player games like i use too, since ive been spending more gaming time in MMORPG games & Multi FPS (WOW, battle2142, Americas army) i find single player gaming boring as hell, i seem to like playing with real ppl instead of AI. Although i still load up SH3 & 4, at least once a wk, but i played bioshock for like 40 minutes then never went back to it, even tho i thought it was pretty good.

I just hope i can last right through Crysis when it comes out.

Online gaming has got me hooked for good.

Apples and oranges in my book. What I am looking for in MP games is fun and interactivity, and plain old stomping on the competition. Thats your apples.

When it comes to Oranges (SP games), I'm looking for a story and emotional response to an environment and idea. Sort of like a good book or TV program.

Am I thinking wrong?

Nope, kind of like playing Il-2 online in a squad vs. SH3 or SH4 offline.

And I would've gotten away with it, if it weren't for those meddlin' fish!

I wish i could capture some of the fluid motion, but it is hard to see in a screenshot. See how the building warp in the distance? That moves constantly as your view warps through water.

PS. Maybe its time to take full 60 FPS video with the Tivo.
