Adding Cameras and Free movement

How hard would it be to add Cameras to other areas of the command room and other areas of the ship that you can go to and also add the free camera to the conn tower and the bridge? or at the very least add a shift=whatever to have free camera on the bride and conn tower? if someone can tell me the basics on how to accomplish this I would gladly to the work to create the mod.

Already been done.

Shift F2 takes you anywhere in the Control Room and Conning Tower and this mode takes care of the Bridge.
