Default GWX and Graphics card

Since I play with graphics card that is not really up to par with heavy graphics, how stressing GWX is for graphics card ? What I know and what is in GWX manual, I think it's probably too much for my GC. But I'd like an opinion if someone had been able to run it successfully/satisfactorily with low-end graphics card ?

Problem is not processor or RAM, just graphics card. I play NYGM since it's graphically satisfactory for me and works well in my comp. And I love that 16km visibility. It makes quite a difference.

If SHIII runs then the card should be OK, however you might want to load the Lite Harbour traffic option that comes with the package to reduce stutter in harbours. What is your card?

You make reference to low-end graphics cards....it depends what you consider 'low-end' to be :hmm:
My former graphics card whilst playing GWX was a Radeon 9250SE.

Mine is:

Graphics Chipset RADEON 9200 SERIES

Memory Size 128 MB
Memory Type DDR SGRAM / SDRAM

Core Clock in MHz 200 MHz
Memory Clock in MHz 165 MHz

Kinda sad, isn't it ? :p But it's my fiancee's rig..and I rather have good meals and sex than say "honey, howabout I give you new Graphics Card as a gift ?" Already tried that....

If you card was running NYGM + 16KM mod then I can't see any reason why GWX + 8KM won't run. The 16KM mod is easily the most draining from a graphics standpoint.

I'm operating a Gforce 7300Le DX10 and vista... I just have to use the light harbour traffic and everything else is good

For what it's worth, I run GWX with a Radeon 9250 256 meg card and get great frame rates. (My pc is a 2.5 gig Celeron chip and 756 megs ram)
