Default JSGME problems

Scratch all of this, my extraction program was making double folders and so nothing was actually getting done properly. It's all good now and I can't wait to try what everyone is raving about.

Hi, I've just reinstalled and put in the 1.3 patch to the game and I'm trying to use the TM mod and the recommended mods in the list. For the SSGM mod to show the movies and stuff I've enabled it with JSGME and I don't see anything different from the stock videos. I'm also not sure that anything else has changed.

I installed JSGME into my SH4 folder D:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 4 Wolves of the Pacific with the shortcut on the desktop and took a snapshot to start with but then when I enable mods nothing much seems to happen.

Anyone have any ideas?

TIA

As a follow-up JSGME has made the MODS and Backup folders but the mods seem to be going into the backup folder, not affecting the game at all.
