Windows Service Pack 2

Hi folks,
I have my SILENT HUNTER III & GWX on a pc
that is not used for the internet.My question is,do I
need windows service pack 2 installed on it for
proper operation of the game?I am running win xp pro.
Thanks for any feed back.

No, you do not need SP2.

Indeed, if you don't wanna stick with the stock game resolution, you'll find that XP and XP SP1 make changing it much easier.
