Modify torpedo load for singleplayer missions?

Two Questions:

1) Is there any way to modify the torp load for the singleplayer missions? Can you use the text editor on one of the game's files somewhere to modify the default torp load for a specific ship? (Ex. VIIB 1945, etc)

2) If the above is not possible, can you save your singleplayer mission and then edit the torp load of your boat in the save files somewhere?

I use Wolfies tweak to set up my torpedo load.
