I bought it last year and also got the book (but not the T shirt).
It's a fantastic production and it really does work, well it worked for a friend of mine but I'm still waiting for my results. Highly recommended.

Yes interesting. I get these of a well known NZ trading site forums their are hundreds of llinks to these types of vids for us to view. - if it is a copyright issue maybe it doesn't stand in our country:hmm: Dont know but they never been done for it. Sites been up since 1999.

oh well positive thinking... I must of attracted it huh?

Mods can remove this thread if they want. Sad tho as this vid is a real eye opener, should be taught in schools!

Not really, since it is a form of religion and church and state should be seperated. Oprah is already backtracking on what she said on it because she has a viewer that just got diagnosed with treatable but deadly cancer if left untreated, and this viewer is opting to forego any sort of treatment and use The Secret instead. Last I heard, the person is getting worse not better, and Oprah is thinking she is about to get sued!

Religeon? Im looking at it differently, sums up in a few words "What you think you attract" I havn't seen "The secret" churches popping up, nor "Please send down payments" to know more. It was free advice take it or leave it. Positive thinking. No harm in that.
As for Opera whats she going on about, total dreamer, so if a doctor says this operation will not give me side affects and I get side affects gee I think i will sue them? Sue a big word in America

Yes - Religion. Definition of religion:

A religion is a set of beliefs and practices generally held by a community, involving adherence to codified beliefs and rituals and study of ancestral or cultural traditions, writings, history, and mythology, as well as personal faith and mystic experience. The term "religion" refers to both the personal practices related to communal faith and to group rituals and communication stemming from shared conviction.

So how is this not a religion? You are pushing a religion by definition. By thinking something, you are altering the universe to your needs - so it even fits the mystic powers portion! Get the picture yet?

And yes, people are running around making money off this Secret thing, so yes, they are getting their money! Guess they are getting robbed by the people that posted the vid though - Their Secret didn't protect them from the theft! :p

One more thought about the Law of Attractions - it is the perfect scam - You can't prove or disprove it because the beleiver sees what 'he/she wants to' and only what he/she wants to when it comes to its form of religion. It is purposely crafted that way! If nothing happens, then the beleif of the follower of this Law of Attractions says, "well, it hasn't happened yet". And if by pure coincidence something does happen - they claim it was the religion! Hahahahaha! The perfect scam!

So what has been created (contrary to historical figures that they reference that never said what they claimed they said in the film that I can find) is a mind warp for Joe public so that some can make some money off of thin air!

So they pull this idea out of their *ss - feed it to the public who buys anything religion wise, and the few get their pockets lined with riches from an ignorant population.

I will tell you what works though - Your attitude towards whatever it is you are doing. You automatically will take steps to accomplish your goals. THis has nothing to do with the Universe chaging around you to fit your wants. This is you changing the Universe by yourself by your own hand manually! Then you have the stupid public that can't see the difference between the two and will buy into a false religion to make someone else rich. Maybe this Secret did work - someone got rich off it, though not by the religion itself, but simply by selling the idea of a religion! It won't be the first time in history that someone got Rich and Powerfull by creating a religion (Scientology comes to mind)

Whatever.

One thing is for certain - most memebers on this board are smart enough to see the scam I think.
