GWX1.03 Tools & Dials Mod!

Started today the developement of this
new Mod, causes are obviouse the
recent release of the GWX 1.03 Patch
so a Updated version is coming out to fit
this new Patch!

I can make you a stock SHIII version but not
possible for today mate...

Tomorrow I'll release a Stock SHIII Version mate....

I look forward to tomorrow.
My old system, 4 this September, has a bit of a problem running GWX and the other big mods.
I hope other Kaleun's are running pretty basic to play on-line etc. and so will use this excellent mod.

I enabled this mod via JSGME and once Silent Hunter finishes loading and gets ready to go to the Main Menu screen it CTDs.

The version I was attempting to use was Version 2 of the GWX 1.03 Tools and Dials.

Other mods I have installed:
GWX 1.03
GWX 16km Atmosphere

I run SH3 via SH3 Commander.

I did make sure to do a Rollback before I installed the mod, but it always gets to the end of the loading screen just before the menu and then crashes SHIII.

Any ideas on what part of the mod might be causing this? Once I uninstalled it via JSGME SHIII runs just fine again.

I'm sorry to ear that you're having problems,
but You got to see if you did everything correctly
I'm using this version myself installed over the exact same Mods as yours and its working perfect mate,
maybe its a corrupted download, try redownloading it again,
this can hapen a lot with corropted files...

Just tried that. Re-downloaded and then tried again, same thing. Just to make sure I tested it completely I also downloaded Version 1 and tested it, same thing happens with that one too, did another download just to make sure that one was not corrupt either and still crashes at the end of the loading screen.

Also, with each version and each download (so first time downloading V2, and second time downloading V2, and then first time and second time downloading V1) I tried starting SHIII by itself and then again through SHIII Commander.

I found another mod that does what I was trying yours out for anyhow. I liked the look of the bottom bar better in your mod than stock SHIII. Poor Sailor's "My Favorite Dials Mods w/ IO" did what I was looking for.

I was going to use his for the TDC on scope anyhow since it annoys me switching back and forth between positions so much.

this was released and add nobody elses had problems here...


I'm almost sure that you done something incorrect or its some kind of Mod that you've got installed...


but glad you have what you whant...
