At the school where my big brother works there are two sets of toilets, one for staff, one for kids, there should have been a proper staff toilet, unless..... she was deliberately using the wrong one.

I bet she was either lazy or impatient. Regardless, this compensation is a little out in left field! Whatever happened to people cliaming responsibility for being stupid?

Since Lawyers made it more practical to settle than to prove anything in court.

But she must have been either really fat or had alot of propulsion to fall off that seat.

Maybe she clogged the toilet, feared being sued for damage and thought this as the easy way out.
