Default How to take pictures at the Osaka harbor ?

I have already reached the port of Osaka, the game says I have not finished the task .Who can tell me how to operate ?THX

AFAIK, you can only take pictures of ships. So, check your briefing if it states what you must photograph. The process itself is simple, just lock in to the ship you have to photograph and take the pic.

I have not seen the camera is on the submarine .

Click periscope command button, lock a target and the camera button will
be highlighted. Just click it and mission completed.

The camera is the rightmost button at the bottom left on the periscope screen. And you might have to take pictures of more than one ship. The actual number seems to vary (especially in California.)
