How high would the typical bridge watch be above sea level ? Ingame, as well as real life WWII USN submarine.

Sometimes look outs where put up on the periscpe shears...35ft or so? I think thats what I read.

20 to 35 feet
Depends on the boat, but lower lookout about 25' and upper on scope crosstrees about 35' at eye level, assuming they are not dwarves.
