Warnews.upc - where do these show up?
I've been looking at the Data\UPCData\UPCCampaignData\Warnews.upc file but I can't figure out where in the game the messages in this file show up. Can anyone clue me in? I've tried altering the file in such a way as to try to make the messages appear on dates in a campaign, but so far no luck at all.

Looking at the file contents, I'm going to guess it's from the not finished or implemented in port newspaper that I know I read mentioned somewhere.
