SH4 What time does the Moon rise ?

I was cruising toward the Marshalls on my initial patrol, when I thought to myself what time the sun would set and when would the moon rise. As the night surface attack becomes a crucial element during the later years of the war, isn't this information critical. I wouldn't know how to do it but surely some of you miracle modders out there could program a proper almanac with this sort of info. I look forward to it.

A few times I have seen near clear skies and the stars are out but could not see the moon anywhere. Now this my be correct, but what struck me on these moon less nights, was I could see my crew but not only that they were lit up with a blue hue. I thought with stars only it would have been a lot darker?
