Anyone make a Attack Map TGA for SH4 yet?

I am really hurting for the 360 degree .tga that would show a complete attack circle around the sub with ranges out to 1500 meters.

I tried copying the SHIII 7c's attack circle .tga, renaming it to NSS_Sargo_shp.tga but no dice.

Without it I am at a real disadvantage for getting to 100-200 meters *ahem* feet of where I want to be with respect to precise distance from a ship I am attempt to 2000-3000 imperial feet away from.

I did a search and came up dry, if this is a duplicate post feel free to point me to the orginal post.
