How can I make the officers interface icons of the bottom left and the entire dialog console of the bottom as well non dragable but constantly appeared instead?

You must edit menu_1024_768.cfg file.


To turn off officers icons and textfield slideout function find the block:

[G3F I33]
Name=Slideout Konsole; FLB Sale`s 6 Anzeigen
Type=1026;Menu group
ItemID=0x3F0C0000
ParentID=0x3F000000
Pos=0,141,670,140
Color=0xFFFFFFFF
VertSlide=-130

and add a semicolon before the VertSlide=-130 line. So it looks so: ;VertSlide=-130


To turn off clock bar slideout function find the block:
