Sounds of Silence..
Just re-installed everything from scratch and i can barely hear anything my officers are saying or any of the sound effects.
Could you please tell me what settings you have set in your sound options for: Music/FX/speech/effects..etc I thought -40db was the highest but it doesn't seem to be working. SH3 +1.4 +GWX+Commander+cfg files
