Changing some things in Files

I know its "cheating" but o well. Anyways i was wondering how i would change my Flotilla, im in the 2nd and i want to transfer to the 7th. I know u noramlly go to the desk and apply for the transfer but it says denied all the time. So how would i change that in the .cfg files? And Im still LT Junior and i just completed my 12th patrol. So how would i change my rank? Im 6th on the U-Boat Ace List with like 176,500 tonnage. I have all of the medals, i didnt cheat there. I was surprised that they awarded me the Knight's Cross with Golden Oak Leaves, Swords, and Diamonds, i mean only one person in WW2 got that, i think he was a pilot. O yeah is there a way to get more ammo (HE Rounds) for my deck gun? i'd hit a convoy and take out the escorts and then finish the rest of the ships with my deck gun but i always run out. So does anyone know how to increase ur gun ammo in a .cfg file?

You can change the deck gun ammo in basic cfg in - C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Cfg

Open in notepad and search for

[AMMO_TYPE0];10.5cm SK C/32

The 88mm is just underneath

You should be able to apply for a transfer after 3 patrols and 6 months in your current flotilla
I diont think there is anyway around that
