Short answer = No. They are not compatible. There was (IIRC) a GW version released by someone but I can't find it.

Just FYI, the 'Anti-Humming Bird' effect has been corrected for GWX in the form of Real U-Boat behavior.

I think chris is right but I forgot what it impacted on. Perhaps you might want to consider GWX (as referred to by dan)...It's just round the corner

Yes the main pump of the Type XXI appears as destroyed when you start a mission Pity, though it's obviously the lesser of two evils, since I prefer having realistic behaviour in the U-Boots that were used and a broken Type XXI. BTW that made me remember that I have NEVER EVER used a Type XXI nor in campaign or in a single mission in Sh2 or SH3 except for a casual test -and not for the purpose of playingh seriously- What's so wrong with it? Dunno, but never felt attracted by that Sub....:hmm:

U-boats in GWX are subject to the "Real World U-boat Behavior Mod" as mentioned in our manual. Part of this is modelling U-boats in GWX to have slightly positive bouyancy.

If I recall correctly... we have all of the "x-equipment destroyed" problems fixed.
Typically, this appeared to be missing zones for the objects in question... Sonar, Hydrophones etc etc.
