503m, no electric engines, and emegancy surface aint working

Happened to me last night. I got caught by a pair of destroyers and they DC'ed me pretty good, sunk me to the bottom (503m) and knocked out my electric engines. Took my hull integrity down to 2%. I got all the leaks patched and tried to emergancy surface (again) and no luck. I just couldnt get off the bottom

Any ideas? I ended that career since I figured they were just dead but next time if I can save it I would like to try
