Wow everywhere i go i get more posters bagging this game than praiseing it. Ive had this game for only a day now, and updated with patch 1.01 which was only a fix for the mech, have played this game - only on single player as im not yet on broadband, been over my sons and seen it being played fully online with everything up high in the graphics, and this game looks and plays brilliant. This is a great game why is everyone bagging it - anyone here played it? What ive notice is your stats are easier to lvl up, or kill an opponent with your knive rewards you with his dog tags - the furturistic weapons take a bit getting use to, the mechs rock yet do not rein supreme my first try out online was to jump in a mech and rule the map only to be taken out very quickly Is it because this game is really a mod with new skins, units, & maps, running on the same engine. Take a look in the BF2142 folder its the same as BF2 and ya will need a pretty decent PC to run it on high settings but its worth it. Its a great game!
