Council Inspectors
First of all sorry XabbaRus it's from that paper you hate.
 Second I am not mad as hell but concerned. Third, as far as I know this will not effect Scotland. The problem with this these inspectors will be ticking off boxes on there check list with out taking in to account of the persons life style and there savings. Spy in the sky boss admits: Tax will soar
