Take Silent Hunter III.
Now, picture every bug and glitch gone. The graphics tweaked and corrected. Character animation spiffed up. All the advanced and improved accessories of the mods and supermods incorporated. Some of their features selectable from the menus, like 'merchant vunerability and sink rate', 'escort AI ability' and others, so it never is an 'all-or-nothing' setting. Now, go back in time. Back when SHIII first was released. But instead of the game we all know and love, it having all of the above. In other words, if back then SHIII had had your 'wish-list' of things for your perfect idea of a WWII U-boat sub-sim, what would you have been willing to pay for it?
