Germany: on perverting law and justice

TV news this evening:

Eight years ago, the children of a mother, back then a 13 year old girl, had been raped by one sicko. He got caught, it went to court, appeal, new trial. At the end of that trial, the mother gave the criminal subject a slap into the face, in frustration and anger about the slow court proceedings and endless escuses for the man while her daughter was traumtized and suffered dearly. Eight years later, that bastard still is free. He meanwhile has instituted legal proceedings because of "attack with physical violance" against that mother. Today she was brought to court the second time, since it too already is an appeal case.

And although being sentenced to a prison sentence, the rapist still is free and will see prison from inside not before another couple of weeks. 8 years later.

The family is in open despair. The daughter's martyrium has caused her to be in psychotherapeutical treatment.

Cases like this just enrage me. We have far too many laws, and it still become more and more. But the bureucratical swamp the form seem to have replaced common ssense and healthy understanding of what is just, and what is injust.

I have seen myself the pervertion of modern law myself, and have told you about it, roughly one year ago. Excuting my right on self defense after I got attacked and injured by a knife - I too was close to find myself in court, not as the victim of an unprovocated attack from a mad sicko, but as offender for having harmed and injured him while completely disabling him to prevent him from further attacks. He filed a case against me, which luckily was rejected and no further followed by his lawyer. Else maybe I would have ended up paying money to him: for him having attacked and injured me.

Laws and justice are two completely different things. I do not trust courts and laws anymore, even if the disputed case seem to be logical and completely obvious. Someone always will show up with some hidden paragraph, one exceptional rule, one special detail. the sister of my mom got killed in a traffic accident in the seventies, she was pregnant and was underway with her fresh married husband - the whole family wiped out by a drunken driver. He only payed 20 thousand D-Marks and received a suspended sentence, for he was described of being not responsible, due to be drunk.

Later, history repeated itself - my fiance was killed in the nineties, again a drunken car driver, racing on the wrong side of the road. Again, only a money-penalty, and a suspended sentence. He had drunk (for which the court did not hold him responsible) until his mind was no longer be able to be held responsible for the decision of nevertheless drive a car.

Things like this drive me crazy, for understandable reasons. The interests of an attacker of equal value - soemtimes rated even higher - than those of his victims? A man not being responsble for how much he drinks? A slaughterer being excused for the slaughter he commits, but being described as a victim of the situation that he has caused himself? A desparate and enraged mother of a victim of rape being briuzght to court for slapping a rapist's face - who 8 years after being sentenced still is not in prison?

I never liked this statue of Justitia, with her blinded eyes.

Organize a mob of about 50 - X amount of people.

Show up in front of the jail or where the guy is being held.

Then kill him, it's worked lots of times.

Nobody wants to mess with a mob. Politicians will listen to mobs who make noise.
