Is it possible that the mod PeriTDCv1.01 posted here http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=99519 can be installed using JSGME?

It would be possible, however you'd have to install it in a specific order.

First you'd need to install all other modules you wanted to use that change the menu file, then once that's done copy the updated menu file, make your changes to it, and use JSGME to install that.
