Default NYGM question

What are some of the finer points of this mod?

Better Enemy AI, more realistic u-boat behavior, Better crew management features, more realistic damage repair and over-all a much more challenging and rewarding experience than stock.

More specifically? The enemy escorts will actually hunt you down and try to kill you. No more going into invulnerable silent run. However, they are not uber. You can actually use REAL u-boat tactics to get by them.

No Gods Eye Veiw. ( read no map contact updates) At first I didnt think Id care for this feature. In fact, after my 2nd patrol I was thinking of putting that back in. But then I crossed my 1 st convoy and had to do all the plotting by myself. I had to watch the enemy escorts, I had to make sure I was getting into the correct position, I had to get surprised by enemy escorts I didnt know were there till I spotted them IN short, I actually had to use some brain power to get some kills. When all was said and done I actually felt like I accomplished something on my own without relying on crappy/predictable AI or game mechanics to tell me all I needed to know. I had to figure it out for myself. For me, it ended up being quite the gratifying experience. (I give it 2 thumbs up)
