CTD when reload save game Reykjavik

Hi all......i have SH3-GW-periscop mod-SH3Cmdr-SH3gen
I was on a patrol June 1940 in my X1-B out of Wilhelmshaven just sunk a large Norwegen Merchi.....Saved the game as i always do after a sinking as #1.

Then i proceded to patrol my grid AM...Sunk 3 more ships saved agian #2....
Then i thought i have lots of torps left so i snuk into Reykjavik just befor i got to the main island i saved just in case save number 3............i crept into the inlet and found a small patrol trawler so i saved agian just in case i came to grief.......

In a go get to 4 km from the port in the dark see several merchies and a Light cruiser and a destroyer parked up....
so i go to peri depth and get my self sorted Long story short i sink every ship in the habour my most lucky shot was i sunk the cruiser with one torp it blew to bits...

I then left saved agian as i was leaving i then had to go out so i saved and exited the game just inside the Reykjavik island.
When i went to reload it wouldnt it went all the way to the load screen and when it goes black and say "not that long ago" i should get the game screen on and bingo your away.

all i got was CTD then a message saying SH3 exe has encounterd a prob.

I tried loading the last saves back on nothing worked untill the save befor i went into Reyjkavik that was way back at my patrol grid AM then all was fine so i attacked Reyjkavik agian this time i saved after i sunk all the ships and was right out near the island entrance miles away from the habour....saved and reloaded just to check and it still wouldnt load so i went back through the saves untill one did.
this was once agian a save befor i even got to Reyjkavik.

Does any one know weather SH3 has a problem loading the Scenery or stuff for the Reyjkavik area.....its never happened to mo anywhere else....

i finaly went back sunk the lot agian then just went back to base with out saving loaded the next mission and all is well..............

i have used these modes and played through a full caraer with out any worries.

Also in my last game when i saved during a patrol and i loaded back up a wiered thing happend my telgraph when clicked on to order flank speed just went right back to all stop.the captian says full steam ahead the nedle goes to the top then falls all the way to dead stop and my boat stops to.........

Is this a random malfunction thing in SH3cmdr.....
I can change the dial to speed in knots and select 20 and it goes flank speed but if i change the dial bacl and select the dial and piont it to flank speed it dosent work every other setting is fine....

I fixed it by going back to base and starting another patrol very wiered....
