Have anyone had this kind of crash ?

Returning from my 2nd patrol to Wilhelmshafen in my cute IIa, at the entrance of the bay, a Vorponstenboot appears on the horizon. After a while, and all of the sudden, it sunks

(it disappears and left behind a blue sunken ship icon). Inmediatly after, the game crashes and return to desktop.
Retried a couple of times and exactly the same happened.

Im using 1,4b, GW 1.1a and U-boat ace 1,4, and several of the downl ships.

Any idea why ? Or is just some random malfunction ?
