Default tankers

There is a difference on the depth setting of the torpedo, i just wondered if there was anything that you could identify by looking at either one.

Speaking of which, I'm sure that in the identification book ("N" when in periscope view) I've seen ships with grey areas indicating vunerable places - I've seen it before but now it isn't there. Am I missing something? (using GW mod).

Not sure about the GW mod, but in the stock game, you have to be in a certain zone (roughly perpendiculoar to the target, and around 1000m or less away), then, provided you have the right ship open in the recognition manual, you get the zones, and clicking on one will let you target that zone.

Alternatively, there are copies of some of them in the wiki pages on SHIII.

It is still in GW just that the setup has to be nearly perfect 90 degrees and directly ahead (or astern). The "window" of oppurtunity is very very small.
