Keeping hydrophone dial in position?

Is there any way to keep the hydrophone dial in position? If eg I want to track an escort on say bearing 090, but then go to the chart screen, when I come back, the hydrophone dial has randomly reset to some other bearing.

You could ask your sound man to follow nearest warship contact before you leave sound room and it should still be tracking him when you get back
