Where is the Type IX D2?

I have Grey Wolves and was looking through SH3 Commander to start a career with a Type IX D2. I looked through every flotilla every year and every month, but couldn't find it. Did something happen to it with Grey Wolves?

I can buy it in June 42 in the all flotillas with SH3commander 2.5

Without SH3 commander, if memory serves me correctly the only place you can pick up an IXD2 is the 12th flotilla in late 42, early 43.

Nope, not in 12th. It only lets me have IXB, IXC, and IXC-40, but not IXD2. I've tried 2nd and 10th and 33rd, and none of them let me have a type IXD2
