If you have for example resiliense((or other attribute) of a crew member 0/100 or 65/100 120/150 or whatever, how do you increase the maximum value (100 to 150 ,150 to 200 etc)???

The number on the left will go up as the crewman gains experience by doing patrols. When the number reaches or goes over the number on the right, the crewman is then eligible for promotion, which will increase the number on the right to the next higher value.
