Default Complete Victory at Sea DVD Collection at Wal-Mart

I just picked up the Complete 26 part Victory at Sea series on DVD at the Walmart for $5.50 yesterday. Richard Rogers' score is still impressive after all these years. Many great sequences of U-boats and period films of convoys to all of you modders out there. Great narration, the whole package. If you don't already have the collection, by all means, look for it. My personal favorite episode was The Battle for Leyte Gulf. Especially after meeting a retired Chief Gunner's Mate from the USS California who was Mount 51 captain at Surigao Straits.

Glad you found it. It's been there for at least a year. I got one last October.

Joking aside, I am glad you found it. It's well worth the money at full price, let alone five-and-a-half bucks.

Man, on one hand, good find! On the other, sorry to hear you had to support Wal-Mart and the Chinese. That company needs to go down in flames.

Right on! Too bad so sad. One thing better for the world. Good to hear!

Victory At Sea was packaged by the Chinese?

Yes, Wal-Mart has stuff that says 'Made In China' on it. So does every major electronics and TV model...even some Playstation 2s.

The Nalley's chili I buy there for half the price of any other store doesn't come from China, but just about everything from Philips Electronics does, and RCA.

Who are you boycotting next? This homeless guy buys what he can afford.
