NYGM IX Tower ‘persiscope’ Fix

I am after several beta testers to test the new persiscope fix.

I have redone ALL towers using Sergbuto's U-boat reflections mod v2.0 and now none will stick out of the housing.

The beta testers will be required to test that the scopes work well and that manual range detection is accurate. I have done basic testing to ensure that the scopes work and are at the correct height/s.

Please PM me if you are interested.

This mod has been tested inside and out by Ducimus who NYGM are indebted to for all the hours of testing that he has done.

Ducimus has left no stone unturned when testing the periscope fix for…

Orginal periscopes always reminded me of something whenever i stood on the connning tower bridge.

Any guesses as to how much those periscopes annoyed me?

I just checked, and no.

Something that was not considered as we are non external users, sorry about the oversight.

I will investigate this and see about getting a version up with Sergbuto's Uboat Reflection Fix if he is OK with that.

In all the testing i did, it never even occured to me to see if the towers were casting a reflection. I just looked and they don't. If anyone want's the can blame that on me, TDB specficially asked me i felt the towers were ready for release and i thought they were. I did however test all the areas he described in the original post throughly, and im throughly satisfied with how they work.

A trivial oversight as it is a cosmentic on that could not have been noticed when not using the external view.

Your testing methods and procedures are above reproach and in that the most important aspects of this mod can be guaranteed to hold up to any scrutiny.

You done a damn fine job in ensuring the delivery of a rock solid mod that delivers as advertised
