Greetings:
From other posts regarding this topic, I have gleaned that with the proper mod installed re-supply is possible by 'docking' near a friendly supply ship. When resuming, I gather it's like starting a brand new patrol - is this correct, and if so does your patrol count increment by one (say, if you were in the middle of your 5th war patrol and wanted to top off, would it now indicate that you were on your 6th?) Yes,something like that. When using the milk-cows mod ,or the U-tanker mod included in NYGM or any other mod that works the same way,by docking on a suply ship,it is like when you return to base. You see the same "room" or "office " if you may.To re-enter the ocean, you use the map like when starting the patrol, only your asigned grid could be called NULL.I don't really know what to do in theory about this ,but you could just go kill some ships where you want, end the patrol by going to your actual base ,and on the next patrol you will have a viable grid again.
