What's an F1 Fighter Jet? How many Gs can it pull? I suppose he's doing something above roller-coaster level, 5g, 6g perhaps? Is the guy wearing the anti-G jumpsuit or at least was told to hold his butt as tight as if somebody was trying to rape him? How about reminding him to control his breathing?

The guy seems too weak, especially when compared to the pilot.

I've never pulled anything beyond 4g for a few seconds, perhaps 5g for a short bit, never got on a plane capable of doing so without getting the wings ripped off and a quick ticket to hell. But after seeing this video 1 month ago and again today, I'm not joining any flight like this without going through 6 months of pilot training beforehand.

Either that, or sit on the seat upside down, might explode my eyes, but at least I wouldn't faint.

The only one I know is Japanese, and it is really an advanced combat trainer. It probably can't hack much more than 6-7Gs, and with a civilian on board it is very likely they'd restrict it to only 3-4.

There's also a French F1 fighter. But if you see the tailfins, this looks more like an F18. Only one character difference.
