Battle of the Atlantic - Strategic Simulation

Greetings:

Was it my inagination, or did I see a link on Subsim awhile back to a U-boat strategy game in which the player directs the overall U-boat campaign? As I recall, it even had a tie-in to SHIII. I scrolled through the archive and didn't spot it.

Also, is the only way to get the GW mod now via Subsim by making a contribution (not that I mind doing so)? I downloaded it a couple of months ago, but when I went to install it one of the downloads was corrupt.
