Default My Favorite GW Moment :)
I love all the harbor traffic in Grey Wolves, especially the friendly U-boats, and the little surprises that keep popping up when you least expect them - Ran into this the other day while leaving from Lorient:

No offense mate, but you need to learn photoshop!

Nice pic tho. I dont like that moment in the movie. But i do like the moment after, where they are angry at bdu.

huh? Its one of the best moments... because it shows pretty good how happy the crew and the klauen is to see OTHERS... mh... strange guy, you are!

Oh well i didnt look at it that way. I just thought that was just an unusual moment in the movie. A boring moment in other words...

Dont get me wrong, i reckon das boot is there alongside all the great war movies. For realism, you cant go past das boot.

Yeah - for sure - I was using Paint Shop Pro and I've never really gotten the hang of layers and transparencies. Something went wrong when I finally managed to get the sub picture layered under the binoculars and left a white ring around the edges of the binoculars and it was too late and I was too tired to do a decent job of fixing it. The worst part is I was clicking around trying several things and now I don't even remember what I was doing when I finally got the sub into the binoculars view

Maybe one of these days.

Thanks for the offer - I might take you up on it when things slow down here a bit (lots going on with graduations, birthdays, and family illness at the moment) - haven't been underwater for a couple of weeks or so now, and will definitely want to get some game time in before messing around with pictures again - at least long enough to see if I can finally get in a shot at this convoy I've been tracking through heavy storms for 4 or 5 straight game days

Where has all the traffic gone?

I have GW supermod installed and I've played a few patrols with it.
Now i'm on to my third patrol, but there's no traffic anymore?
I did install a mod called "Real Battery life" so could that be effecting the traffic at harbours somehow??

The Real Battery Life is not affecting harbour traffic.

-Have you installed anything else?
-When you say "no traffic", what do you mean. There are no ships / subs at all? 2-3? 5-6 stationary ships?
- Which harbour is your base?

Yes I mean that there are no ships/subs at all in the harbour area.
I'm based at Lorient and the year is 1942.

No not that I remember installing anything else, besides some manual tweaking in the config files to experience the XXI early in the war, but that was a different campaing.

One other thing that bothers me is that on my last patrol which lasted for about 3 months, I received no Convoy reports at all. not even once.
