Default The Best Skin Packs

Can anyone recommend a decent skin pack that includes camo for the Type II coastal boats? I looked on RealSimulation, but there are tons of them.

I agree with Ducimus..

Anything made by Fubar is top notch and IMHO the best skins made for the subs in this game.

I agree with everyone saying Fubar, if he has made a skin you are looking for then it is probably the best one.

That said, you were requesting a Type II camo skin and I have not seen a Fubar one, and TBH his Type II ones are my least favorite of his.. far too 'new' looking.

If someone knows of a Type II skin for either or both variants that comes in CAMO please point it out for me an the original poster

Sean's Skin Pack has camoflaged Type IIs.
http://mpgtext.net/SH3Skins/

Look for the four files labelled 'stp_IIa'. One of them is camo_new, the other is 'camo_rusty'.

Thanks alot Steve! You would thik I would have seen those... read every filename carefully (I thought ) looking for any trace of II, IIA, IID, 2a, 2d etc...

Anyways, it does lead me to one more question which may seem convoluted but hopefully will become clear in the end.. hehe

I downloaded another skin by Fubar for the VIIB. In his readme he says not to use this particular skin for the VIIC as some things won't match. This would lead me to believe that it is common for some skins to be able to swap them over different variants of a model. If this indeed is the case, then would these skins you pointed out to me for the IIA be interchangable with the IID if the file and folder are renamed correctly? Basically I am asking if they use an identical mesh I guess lol.

I'm not sure if his VII skins are the ones at the bottom of that page or not. If I were you, I'd download those and check the readmes.
