As I recall when I was in almost the same spot as you (which was just recently), I just continued on back to Kiel (my home port at the time). I had gotten a message saying I was being transferred to St. Nazaire but it didn't even show on the map. Once back in Kiel, my next patrol just said "null", so I surfed on over to St. Nazaire (which now did show on the map) and VIOLLA! New orders for my next patrol.

Hope this helps.

Something like that happened to me but it was even wierder. When I started my patrol I spawned just south of Freetown, off the coast of Africa! It said to patrol BE16 then head to St. Nazaire but it wasn't on the map. After finishing my patrol, I went to where I knew St. Nazaire was but it didn't say dock at:.... when I hit ESC. I hit ecsape anyway any punched dock at base, it warped me back to Kiel and when I went to the mission screen for my next patrol it said I was moved to St.Nazaire so now I'm really there now.

ok thanks

I think that i will return to wilhelshaven and apply for a transfer.
and see what happens in the next patrol.

Now i´m running out of torpedoes in my IX-B after a convoy carnage with only one destroyer as oponent.

Default Transfer to France

Since SH3 1st came out, I have been playing it on a computer with 756 memory. I've always been transfered to France on my 9th patrol. With this same computer I have experienced numerous crashes & numerous other problems. I bought a new gaming computer with 2000 gig of memory & all the whitles & bangs & have experienced no problems with one exception. I am in my 13th patrol & still not been transfered. All 5 print spaces have names on the map, this has never happened before. I'm in August of 1940 . Is this normal due the fact that I am now playing SH3 on a computer that handles SH3 the right way,Or do I have a problem? Can you help me.
