Default NYGM submerged prob

I have noticed i sink when not going forward in just about every boat. so much so that every 5min or so i have to move to get back to periscope depth becuase the scope will be under water , anyone else have this problem , is it normal and is there a work around? i read an old post about crashdiving but it happens even when i have never CD'ed and i cant seem to find that post.

This is by design to achieve what the NYGM dev team feel's is more realistic.

I think they call it the "Anti-Hummingbird" mod. It basically prevents you from "hovering " in one spot.

Caught me off guard too, when I tried NYGM-TW.
