Last time I used SHIII, I had beery's real uboat mod, crush depth gauge, the Das Boot faces and SH3 Commander. It was a good set up apart from the fact that you don't have the type XXI for very long - if at all.
So I'm just wondering now what mods I should use to get back into it all again. The same ones, or have things changed? Some advice please :-) Jason

Hello Jason!
I'm not an expert when talking about mods, but there's NYGM now. It's based on RuB. Then there is GW, haven't tried it myself but it's very popular. I'm now on my first patrol with NYGM, haven't seen any actions yet. For NYGM there is also a terrain addon including for example Kiels Canal. Cmdrs latest release is 2,5 and 2,6 is coming soon I think. Hope this helps a bit. Greetings, -RC- |
