PING THAT - YOU LITTLE ****!

42% hull integ, deck gun destroyed and 3 dead crew men but it was worth it.

Ah, but unfortunately there are plenty more where those came from.

More than enough to change all the light bulbs.

Are yes I know the feeling in my case I took on a Destroyer and won. Never again, the amount of damage I rec'd my U-Boat was only fit for the scrap yard.

Good Pics.

Taking on a destroyer alone is deadly.... But taking on a little armed trawler is deadlier.
Explanation
================================================== =============
Although your U-Boat may be big and strong with a large crew , 4 front torpedo tubes and 2 aft torpedo tubes , a deck gun and 2 flack guns. You sail your nations colours and the most deadliest thing on a uboat is the human mind of the captain. When the seas are rough and storm rains fire down, the little armed trawler can barely move , but during the day the armed the trawler can take pops at you with its cannon and call upon reinforcements if it's needed I.E .Destroyer , pt boat, plane , ect.
when fighting it from underneath, it can also use its ultra viloet sonar detection system to find you, or 'PING' you. once its found you, it will have a go at you with its depth charges and then if it can't get you alone it will call for back up.
So think twice , even the least deadliest ships can soon become the deadliest!

Where in the Naval Academy do they teach you to treat your U-Boat as one big human guided Torpedo?
