Playing with GW+NYGM and SH3commander and when loading the game earlier today I got amessage that one of my most decorated and experienced petty officers had been killed in a bar fight... While this is realism indeed I wonder where I can look at the settings for these occurences? Just curious
![]() Another question, ever since installing NYGM I have not been able to use the rudder indicator to set the rudder to an indicated position (like 20° port) so I've had to press "hard to starboard/port" to make turns or keep selecting a new course. Anyone know a fix for this? Thanks ![]() |

![]() Anyway, go to SH3 Options, then Gameplay (or summat like that), then UNCHECK Random Crew Transfers. Quote:

Can't hold their own in a bar fight??!! They were outnumbered 21 to 3 (battleship boys on leave) and he took out six of them by himself before they finally got him.
I've never seen any crew shot by the captain for running away from a bar fight. How realistic is that? As to the Chronometer/Rudder Indicator question, just look in the 'Optional Mods' folder for NYGM. I think you'll find the fix is included right there. |
