Due to the importance of the battle that lasted the whole war, the dwindling numbers of vets from the era (my grandfather just passed this year) and our having troops currently serving in hot theatres from all branches of the military; the major Canadian news network are carrying some stories on the anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic.
Here's a few: http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNew...507?hub=Canada http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/natio...-atlantic.html http://www.canada.com/topics/news/na...d532a3&k=36376 |
